Samsung makes some of the best phones on the market, and though the S24 lineup is out now, that doesn’t mean the older S23 phones are obsolete. In fact, going with the older generation means you can get a pretty good deal, especially with a trade-in, and the S23 Ultra, for instance, is still competitively powerful with the lower-end S24 models. The budget-friendly Galaxy S23 FE isn’t too bad either, so you have quite a few options, depending on your budget. Regardless, you’re still basically getting a flagship-level phone for a good price.

In February 2023, Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S23, S23 Plus and S23 Ultra. All three retain the same screen sizes as the 2022 models at 6.1, 6.6 and 6.8 inches, respectively, with a refined external design and some modest upgrades to the camera hardware, battery sizes and internal storage of the larger two models. A special version of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor powers the new phones and is optimized for the new Galaxy S23 lineup, which we found in our tests to have much faster performance than the S22.

The new Galaxy S23 FE hit shelves later in October 2023 and is the most affordable model in the S23 lineup. It has a midsize 6.4-inch display and improved battery life but comes equipped with the previous-gen Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. Whether you’re excited to get your hands on one of Samsung’s flagship phones, or maybe it’s just time to upgrade from an older phone, we’ll help you save some cash on your S23 purchase. Note that the deals and bonuses below are all time-limited and could change.

Though there aren’t a lot of great deals at Best Buy at the moment, you can get $120 off the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 256GB version, which brings the price down to $1,080. You can also get up to $1,000 off the S23, S23 Plus or S23 Ultra with a qualified trade-in for carrier models (AT&T or Verizon).

Verizon is offering both new and existing customers a chance to save on Galaxy S23 phones. Those adding a new line can get either the S23 or S23 FE for free, with any money spent credited to your bill over 36 months. Xfinity is offering up to $500 off the Galaxy S23 Series with either a new line or an eligible trade-in. And you can combine these offers for some serious savings. The latest iPhones will net you the biggest discount, but Xfinity also accepts models from Samsung and Google, as well as tons of smaller brands. Like most other carrier trade-in offers, the discount will be applied in the form of monthly bill credits. You can also choose to receive your money back in the form of a check, although it may reduce your discount a bit.
